"We stayed there for 4 days the motel itself was ok apart from a dirty oven and dirty windows it wasn't vacuumed at all during our stay.office was not open during our stay the laundry room was free but it was absolutely filthy I rate it 5/10 "

"Only stayed here for one night this time round but would come again. Our room was good, very hot though, air conditioning would be a wonderful investment. Also the plug sockets behind the single beds were a little dodgy and the bathroom door had a gap when closed where you could clearly see through. Other than that, it was a nice place to chill for the night."

"This motel with everything that it said it was the staff were amazing was not able to meet my booking one night and they were able to transfer it to another night extremely accommodating for me the room was beautiful clean at everything you need for a one night stay nice hot shower comfy bed TV to watch againsome cricket cup of coffee highly stay here"

"Although somewhat dated, the property was good and had all the necessary facilities. It was a shame that the kitchen was dirty and needed a good clean. Otherwise the property would have been great. However the Supervisor was very apologetic and upgraded us to better and cleaner accommodation at no extra cost. We were very grateful and in turn had an awesome stay! "

"Great central location as it is only a short walk down to Lambton Quay. It is quite steep though and there are quite a few steps to come back up. The apartment was good and functional but being in a city it can be quite noisy. I don’t want to sound too negative because we actually quite liked it."

"Great funky historic hotel right on Cuba St. Close to good food and shopping and everything is close by. Breakfast was great and this had everything we needed. We got off the last Interislander ferry in Wellington at 10pm. Quick taxi (10 min) to the hotel and it was another 10 min to the airport. We hung out at the Te Papa museum for the morning before our flight in the afternoon which was perfect and such and amazing museum. The hotel is an easy walk to the museum. So the hotel was great and had everything we needed!"

Fun place to stay

"Loved our corner room on the 8th floor! We were overlooking the city and felt like we were kings. The room had two full walls of windows; exceptional! It was decorated with lots of fun color too. The hotel was also right on the street with great places for dinner; could walk to several great spots. Had great parking as well."

"Love this place. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are small but they have what you need. There was a $10 a day discount for not having the room cleaned daily. Easy walk to Parliament, National Archive/Library, and buses/trains. Gricery market is also just around the corner. I will stay again!"
