"We really enjoyed our 4 night stay at the Penthouse ,the location was great ,a short walk to all the attractions ,restaurants/pubs ,shopping and transport . The flat was well appointed ,we liked the little extra's that were provided .it was comfortable and homely . a nice place to relax in . "The Location of the house is Perfect! The only thing to criticise was that we booked for 4 People but only got linen and towels for 3. unfortunately no response to my Text Message and Email. We figured it out since we only spent two Nights there. On First sight the house was clean but I discovered old receipts and empty Water bottles under our bed when I checked it before leaving. Apart from that - excellent property I would definitely recommend. "

"Convenient for town and free parking nearby. Beds were comfy but there were a few cleanliness issues especially in the Communal hallway. Lacked a few kitchen essentials and we were surprised to be expected to take our rubbish home. That’s simply not practical for most people! "

"I have pictures of our disgusting dirty room with spider webs & uneven flooring. Smelly moldy rooms with wet stains on the walls and ceiling. The Wi-Fi didn’t work and neither did the TV. There was a tea kettle, but no tea or coffee. This looked nothing like the picture you showed!!! I would like my money refunded. I would not recommend this property to anyone! We slept in our clothes and couldn’t wait to get on the ship to shower and send our clothes to the laundry."
