Best place to stay on feria de Cali. The whole staff was amazing ,but Andres from concierge was wonderful!! Very attentive and supportive he help us with all questions. Definitely we will come back again next year.

The best thing about this property is its location. Very easy to walk to the sights and around. Lots of clubs and restaurants in the immediate area. The bad. Its dated looks loke 1960s inside. The gym is average at best and very dirty. Reception is extremely slow. We were there for 4 days and asked for extra towels as we only got 1 of everything (there was 2 of us in the room). Never got them. We had to hunt out the maids and get it ourself. Same thing with the complimentary water. We asked for it it never came had to get it ourself as well from the maids. Asked for hotel taxi pickup on checkout it never came we had to flag one down. Lots of confusion amongst the staff. The servers in the breakfast are great and the staff controlling the elevators are great but everything else is below average.. especially for a 4.5 star hotel.. I wont be back personally.

The staff was extremely helpful and a delight to work with. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast buffet was delicious . The area around the hotel was safe and fun to explore. El Gato Del Rio, the Museum of Modern Art, and the old part of the city were close by. I would definitely recommend this property.
