Great Experience
The hotel is very active. Many different groups stay here for events around the city. The hotel restaurant is very good and their spa service too. They were also helpful with taxi service. The rooms were super clean. I would recommend this hotel.

The view was nice, the bed was comfy and the room was large and clean. The continental breakfast was very basic and lack of choices. but was enough to get the day started! However, the flooring was installed poorly so every time you walked it cracked and there was gaps in the flooring. It didn’t hinder our stay but just a point to be made. Orlando was great and was so helpful when he helped us to our room. Overall, it was a good place for the night that gave us a nice night view of Cali which was what we were looking for!

The room doesn’t have curtains and in the morning the sunlight hit you at 5:30 am. And the shower head was so low and short, have basically to put my body against the wall to be able to shower, and the water doesn’t have pressure at all.

I have stayed at this hotel several time as it is my favorite hotel in Cali. The view from the room is beautiful and is a constant reminder of being on vacation. There is also a rooftop restaurant which has amazing food and nightlife. All of the staff is polite and attentive. Traveling in taxi to nearby restaurants or attractions is inexpensive and convenient as the hotel is close to everything.
