"The hotel itself was lovely and the pools were great. I loved being on the ocean, but the beach itself was not very good. The resort was at least a 20 minute drive from the city, and the traffic over the Puente de las Americas was awful during rush hour The resort is also somewhat remote. I wanted to go out to dinner one night without going into Panama City and I found it very difficult to find a decent restaurant."

"The property was fair. I probably would visit again for the price; however, I would say the rooms could use an upgrade. The furniture and look of the room is dated. There were a lot of children on the property. The beach is at your fingertips but beware of the random dogs that stay on the property (friendly dogs but not my favorite). I would highly recommend private transportation as the hotel is 2.5 hours from PTY. I will say that I felt safe at the resort and that’s always important! "

"This was a fine place to stay before our early morning flight out of PTY. Keep in mind that the airport shuttle operates every hour on the hour only. So we took an Uber which took 15 mins and cost $11 USD. So it's close to the airport, but not that close."
