"Loved everything about our stay on The Queen Mary. We arrived the day before our cruise and took advantage of the location for our stay. The Queen Mary staff were extremely polite and so attentive to guests. We felt like first class passengers on the very nicely refurbished ship. Lunch at the Promenade Cafe was delicious and evening drinks at the Observation Bar were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful sunset. Our room had 2 very comfortable queen beds. "The most uncomfortable bed ever- had to leave in the middle of the night. Rooms on the first floor are actually underground and smell of must and mold. No sunlight enters down there either. Very disappointed."
