"Best resort destination in Phuket."

"Beautiful hotel. We had a one bedroom villa with private pool and we were ready to move in here permanently. Everything was perfect- the grounds, the pool, hot tub, room, etc. The incense were a nice touch. Breakfast was outstanding. We wish we had more than two nights to enjoy all the hotel had to offer. Room service was a little pricey as was the excursion. We were there for our honeymoon and they brought us a beautiful cake to help us celebrate."

"We visited in September during monsoon season. We had several days of sunshine to enjoy during our stay. The resort offers several activities on rainy days also. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Pattie greeted us on our arrival and went out of her way to ensure we were welcome. Paollo at the concierge desk was very helpful and had great recommendations for our excursions in Phuket. We purchased the all inclusive package. The restaurants have a seperate all inclusive menu for drinks. The pool bar, the lounge, and the rum shack bar menus are also included in the all inclusive package. We booked a half day trip to the Elephant Jungle Sanctuary and a boat tour of the James Bond Island. I highly recommend both. "

"Great property. Enjoyed the sea views and grounds. Great breakfast. Cafe was subpar: had a panini and guacamole and pita. They forgot the lime juice required for the guacamole and pico de gallo. Furnishings are dated. Needs a refresh. A bit far from the nearest business areas. This was inconvenient as we wanted to eat outside. Overall we loved it!"

"We really loved our stay at Westin Siray. We booked half board, the quality of the food is excellent and all the staff very helpful. We had three different restaurants to choose from for dinner and the staff always gave a friendly welcome. The hotel runs a free shuttle bus to Phuket Old Town which we found very useful. "

"Great location to Patong Beach, Central Plaza, and Walking street. Very reasonable price point, good food, and friendly staff. Everyone is very accomodating. I would definitely stay here again if/when we return to Phuket. My only recommendation to the hotel is to improve the lighting in the rooms. The lighting is awful. "
