"I stayed here one night for a layover and everything was great for what I needed. Room was smaller in general but good for me. You're right under the path for planes landing so that is a little loud but nothing that disrupted my sleep. There's a lot of construction around and nothing to walk to so you need an Uber if you want to go anywhere, including restaurants. I had to wait in the lobby for several hours due to me landing early and waiting for my room but the staff was great and very accommodating! They were able to get me in as soon as a room was ready. They were very helpful. "

However, I want to highlight the professionalism and kindness of the front desk staff, who went above and beyond to accommodate me during the wait. They were attentive, communicative, and ensured I was comfortable while waiting for my room. Their excellent service made the delay much more manageable. Overall, I appreciate the hospitality and effort of the staff, though I hope the hotel improves its room readiness for future guests.
