"The hotel is very new and all staffs are very helpful and efficient. Our room is a superior twin plus extra bed and it’s in good size and spacious. "Location: 8-9 mins from the station so an easy walk. Staff: they were friendly and helpful. Hotel: clean, and has everything you need for a nice stay. It has an artificial onsen (spa) separate for men and women. Note coin laundries are located within the spa change area. Con: no signage at all for the coin laundry which others staying also struggled to find. Information is available via the room tv but you’ve really got to go through it to find that location info. Room: typical style for this chain hotel. Clean, fresh, with bathroom and shower unit. These rooms are the typical size which is fine.bed was comfortable. Water pressure is low but maybe a water saving thing which is fine, wasn’t a big deal. Room temperature is controlled centrally within the hotel, limited room control on it meaning you can’t change temperature, open a window if you need. We all feel temperature different so it was fine but I do prefer the option of how I like the temperature Food etc was all about 5 mins away. Plenty around the train station for people to enjoy. Toyama is really pretty. It’s surrounded by high mountains that were covered in snow and just looked so beautiful. I hope to get back and explore Toyama more in the future."
