"I ansolutely wish my stay was longer, however, i very pleased with time I spent at Westin, Southfield. The staff (houskeepers, security AND concierge) were all welcoming and smiles. Hospitality seems to be dwindling even where it should be thriving. So to come to the Westin and have such a warm and exciting staff was absolutrly amazing! Thank you all for making my first (and many more) trip to Detroit a great experience. My room was amazing! Clean, organized and just great 💐 See you all next...

"The room I originally booked was too small but the front desk help is by putting us in a room with 2 beds. We left some flowers in the original room and the front desk took them and notified me that they had them. GREAT STAY, GREAT ROOM, GREAT SERVICE, Good breakfast. "We were unfortunately in a car accident that totaled our truck and upon arrival had learned we were randomly selected for a room upgrade, I have never been more thankful, appreciated and appreciative of the amazing staff, facility and room! We were decompressed in the gorgeous ambassadors suite in the tub and on the balcony. "Easy check in, Digital room key through the hilton app was super convenient, i loved being able to pick my room number, and the room was very spacious. i would love to come back in the spring/summertime and utilize the terrace amenity! "
