"The only complaint. Is they tried to charge me $250 dollars on top of what I had already paid for the room. I called to ask what the charge was for and they claimed it was a fee for smoking in our room. I had 4 young teens and myself I don’t smoke and they definitely don’t. I had to go back in to have them take it off. Said I’d refuse payment through my bank if they didn’t. "

"I LOVE this hotel, the staff, and area. Unfortunately, our floor had the intense odor of marijuana, which was very uncomfortable, off-putting, and, frankly, unexpected for this kind of establishment. "
