Only WISH after our 11 night stay over two holidays .... wish their was a hot tub in the pool area to relax in while watching our older kids swim!!!!!!

Nicely renovated rooms. We enjoyed our 2 night stay. One issue at check-in: We prepaid for a high floor, but there was none available when we checked in and we were assigned a 2nd floor room. I mentioned to desk staff that I paid a higher rate for a high floor, and he said he would figure out how to make it right for us - perhaps a drinks voucher, once he confirmed with a manager. We never heard back. Not a huge deal financially, but on principle that was not good hospitality.

The staff was great, the property was good but the room (PTAC) heater was so loud that it was difficult to sleep, room fridge wasn't working. Breakfast was very good !

The desk clerks were all nice and friendly and made check in quick and easy. The property exceeded my expectations. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was a full breakfast and not cold cereal and milk. Will return again to this property.
