"From the outset, Tori was open, friendly and forthcoming when answering our (many!) pre-booking queries and her check in/out instructions couldn't have been clearer. We have travelled to Port St Lucie many times, but this was the first time travelling there with our 9 month old - Tori assured us that they had a high chair and pack and play/cot, and that she would even get in some beach toys and some beach chairs for our stay which was greatly appreciated. She asked in advance if there were any American snacks we particularly liked to have whilst in Florida, and she ensured these were ready and waiting for us upon our arrival - a nice touch. The property/garden/pool were all immaculate and exactly as described, the games room was a fun added bonus! There is everything you can think of at the property, from laundry pods to coffee to pool floats - it really is a home from home and nothing is too much trouble for Tori. She even let our little girl have a book that she loved reading from the collection at the property!I don't think there is area for improvement at all - when we're back in Port St Lucie we'd love to stay here again. Thanks again for a great stay. "
