"This property served our needs perfectly. It was very clean and the extra touches did not go unnoticed. The only negative was the parking. If you are pulling a trailer or camper, be aware of small parking area in front of home and then street parking which is very tight. The owner is also very helpful and quickly responds with any concerns you may have. "

"This home and property was simply breathtaking. So peaceful. We had the perfect weather. It fit our family perfectly. The pool and hot tub was nice. We also lit the fire and sat around and listened to music. The fishing was good. My daughter caught a huge 35-40 carp. I highly recommend this place. I already want to go back."

"I loved this place. We lost our son and I wanted a place that was within range of our 3 grown girls. It wasn’t hard to find and I would certainly stay again. Everyone commented about how beautiful it was. The host decorated it perfectly for Christmas. We all felt welcomed and very comfortable. Glad the kitchen was very functional since there was 9 adults that are always hungry! Thank you for making our Christmas perfect. "

"Our weekend was very nitheirce. Six senior citizen ladies went to celebrate a 70th birthday and Christmas. We brought all our food and drinks. Plus lots of games for our entertainment. Which worked great for us because we didn't leave the house. The house is off a country road fenced in a small pasture. There is nothing there besides another house. So bring everything with you unless you plan to go into town. It was perfect for us old ladies.and Christmas "

"Beautiful property and amazing people. They were super nice and helpful. We rented the side by side and they provided us with feed to use out on the property. We got to see a bunch of really cool animals and had a ton of fun fishing too. We will definitely be going back! "

"We really enjoyed our stay! My son, nephew, brother in law, and I sent a few days shooting doves in the Cibilo and San Marcos area. This home was a great place to relax between outings and provided all we needed. It is very roomy, clean and comfortable. We appreciated the property being in town, but also very secluded. "We had a wonderful time in Lockhart. This house was in the perfect spot for us. We were going back and forth between Austin and San Antonio for the USATF Regional Track meet. We were able to walk to the historic downtown area. They have cute shops and great places to eat all within a 10 to 15 minute walk. There is also a HEB directly across the street from the house which made groceries for the week super easy. We highly recommend staying here if innthe area."
