The kitchen was filled with pots, pans and utensils for all our cooking needs.The main family rooms had plenty of updated seating where we played many games and enjoyed the billiards table, which i would consider an upgrade or repairs. "This place was not clean nor maintained. My grandkids feet were black from walking inside the house (right after their bath) as were others who walked around barefoot in the house. The bunk beds were not safe to sleep in; very unsteady. There was not a pull out sofa, just a sofa and no extra sheets or pillows. We had to go to Walmart and buy pillows. The thermostat downstairs did not work and it was extremely hot. The stair railing was loose and the transition board to the stairs was not firmly...

"Great time! Family friendly! Would stay again! The fishing boat was a big plus! We put our trolling motor on it and our two oldest boys were rarely seen and we all caught keeper catfish and small bass, Swimming in front of the house wasn't good bc if low river level but we went to the waterfall and swimming hole north of river via boat and kayak and had a blast! The firepit was really nice! You can hear the plant across the river but you learned to tune it out. Looking forward to coming back...

"Everything was great! Thanksgiving 4 night stay. Our family of 8 adults and 6 children had plenty of room. The home is beautiful! They have planned for large groups and we never ran out of anything. The 2 dishwashers came in so handy! Basketball, roller skating and enjoying the fire pit were a big hit with the kids. Brandy was great about any questions we had. We all had a wonderful time together.! "
