"Love this place! The kids enjoyed Kayaking, fishing, pool time and games, all within walking distance. The area was well kept and clean. The beds were comfy and the cabin was clean. My only complaint was amenities indicated there was a stove top and oven so we thought it was a full range but it was not. It was a portable two sided burner and the microwave was also an oven but don’t recommend baking in it. "

" I had an extremely disappointing experience at this cabin rental. I had booked a river view cabin, but when I called ahead, they told me all cabins were fully occupied. However, when we arrived, the entire place was completely deserted—there were no guests, and all the cabins and tents were empty. It became obvious that they had never actually had any river-view cabins, and they had been misleading from the start. They said a person is inside the RV there to help us during our stay but no ones...

"Bathroom AC didn’t work and they were pretty dirty inside. Outlet on our front porch didn’t work. Beds were good and inside the tent was nice. Property is nice and well-kept. "

"I received the wrong access code via email the glamping tent we stayed in. It took hours to gain access. I called and reached out to the facility. No response. I finally got a hold of an Expedia representative and got the correct access code after 11:35 pm "

"Other than the mouse we found in our glamping tent that left droppings in our beds and all over the counters, we had a fun stay. The river is beautiful and nice to stand in. Community bathrooms and showers (cold water only) are clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Won’t be going back because of the mouse issue but don’t let our isolated experience keep you away from this river ranch."
