The walk through the garden to the beach is gorgeous and we loved spotting all the different butterflies. The cottage is comfortable and has everything you need. "Fantastic property, very clean and beautiful decorated. It is well stocked with equipment. It has a secure back garden with decking and grass. Ideal for our dog. There is outdoor seating in the garden and it is private. The property is in good location not to near the Town centre but you can easily walk into the Town. I Highly recommend this property."

"Plenty of space for 4 adults. The outside verandah was well used as it was so peaceful and quiet to sit out on. Three toilets to the property was a great advantage. The property is not overlooked. The journey to the property is along narrow lanes but with plenty of routes to choose from."

The bed is particularly cozy and the scent of the wood is wonderful. We were very sad when we had to start our journey home! A BIG THANK YOU! "

"We had a small misunderstanding about the composition of our group meaning we didn't have the right combination of beds made up - but the owners responded quickly and helpfully, as they did to all questions. The large kitchen dining area was a fabulous feature, so was the lounge. The garden was also fabulous although the weather wasn't kind to us so we couldn't use it as much as we hoped. Also, be aware the garden isn't really dog-proof since the front gate is just a standard 5-bar wooden gate...

"Overall the chalet was ok, but it is very dated, the sofa is very old with ripped cushions. The place just smells stale and dated. Having a pound meter in use is very old school and we just don’t carry change very often. So this is a pain. Would we come back.. no."

"This property was absolutely perfect for our holiday; plenty of space for 5 adults and our Springer spaniel ( garden perfectly secure for dog). The cottage is beautifully and tastefully decorated- with everything we could possibly have wanted! Easy to nip down to Northcott Mouth beech for a swim - and quick short drive to Bude for shops and fish and chips! Wonderful views from house…."
