"Everything about The Old Bank House was exceptional. The house is beautifully furnished and equipped to a very high standard. At the same time we were made to feel comfortable and welcome to enjoy the space without any restrictions. The bedrooms were all good sized with very comfy beds. It’s ideally located in the village centre, with easy and convenient parking. And the host, Matthew, was very accommodating and responsive. I can’t recommend this property more highly - book it if you can! "

"We were so happy with this little cottage. It was so cosy and absolutely perfect for a family stay. We had never been to the New Forest before and loved it. Bus stop very close by if you don't have/don't want to use the car; personally we enjoyed the walk to Gunwharf Quay. A short drive to Southsea Prom and everything it has to offer. "The property it is located in not a very promising area with not a safe neighbourhood (had the police chasing some gangs for drugs). The interior of the property though, it is quite nice. As expected for £20 /per night( in our case). Fortunately it was very clean, with no weird smells. It is not freshly painted but reasonable condition.
