"The hostel is located very close to U bahn. It was easy to reach the city center and all touristic destinations. Towels and bed sheets however smells very bad and replacements were pretty much the same. Last day the boiler providing hot water for showers and central heating was not working. The contact number provided was unreachable I dont recommed this place to stay for long accommodations"

"We really enjoyed our stay in this quaint home. It was nice to be able to sit out in the garden amongst the flowers. Only surprise was we were not told anyone lived upstairs the property. Startled us when we heard someone unlock the front door."

The property itself was very clean, comfortable and spacious—we had an abundance of space. "Der Aufenthalt musste wegen der Überschwemmungskatastrophe in Niederösterreich auf 16.-26.10. verschoben werden. Die gebuchte Wohnung sollte über 2 Terrassen, Marmorbad mit Bidet und separates WC verfügen. Beschreibung und Fotos versprachen eine gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Im Gegensatz dazu war die zugewiesene Wohnung minimalistisch ausgestattet, hatte ein kleines nicht beheizbares!! Duschbad mit WC, weder Terrasse noch Balkon. 5 Handtücher für 10 Tage, 2 Bettdecken, 2 Kopfkissen....

"Wir hatten erstmal Probleme die Schlüssel zu bekommen, weil ich den ganzen Nachmittag auf einen Rückruf gewartet habe.Dann war die Unterkunft nur eine Möglichkeit zum schlafen. In der ersten Wohnung war der Fernseher kaputt, es standen 6 Betten drin, mutmaßlich für Handwerker. Kaffeemaschine gab es nicht, genauso wenig ein Ofen. Die Mikrowelle war verrostet. "BUCHT DIESE UNTERKUNFT NICHT!!! Wir hatten bis ein paar Tage vor der Anreise keine Information zum check-in erhalten. Der Gastgeber hat weder auf Nachrichten reagiert, noch Anrufe entgegen genommen. Da ging sofort die Mailbox ran. Letztendlich standen wir in Wien vor verschlossener Tür. Auch Fewo-direkt konnte keinen Kontakt herstellen nachdem wir um Hilfe gebeten haben. "The apartment is located right next to the train station. So it was really easy to travel. There is no housekeeping so new towels are to be requested. There is basic cutlery and dishwasher for simple meal. Laundry is available at the basement (needs to be paid). The place was spacious and everything was good. The bed curtains had dust but it was ok since I didn't use them. "
