"Suited my purposes very well. Convenient for U4 U-Bahn line. Building work in connection with reconstruction of the Pilgramgasse U-Bahn station makes the surroundings a bit messy at the moment. When construction work is complete the station will serve both underground line U4 and the extended U2."

"I had to book here last minute when I couldn't get into my usual hotel in Vienna. This wouldn't have been my choice for an "authentic" Austrian experience. In fact, it's straight out of Reagan Era America and not aging well. But the room was clean, food was good, safe was fabulous! GREAT people work there."

"Really nice hotel away from the crowds of the city center. The palace gardens are literally across the street and the subway stop is right on the corner. It’s very convenient. I had a premium room and it was very spacious and the bathroom was huge. The included breakfast is substantial and is very good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only caution is to remember that Austria is very strict about running AC. It shuts off at night if the outside temperature drops below a certain point. You can’t turn it back on. Opening windows is a must. However, if it becomes warmer at night, the AC will continue to run. Just a heads up since Americans are not used to this. Overall, we were very pleased and highly recommend this hotel."
