" Pros Spanking new property staff are courteous and always ready to help. Even though the property is around a kilometre from the temple there is a 24 hour pick up and drop which is convenient. Cons The food is very pricey and only average. So other than the complementary breakfast even a cup of tea should be ordered with caution. The bathroom especially the shower is cramped. "

"It was a totally unaccepted stay. the customer experience was a disaster with the hotels asking for more process than the immigration authorities. The staff was rude and could not even explain the process.The place was disastrous with no cleanliness, The corridors and rooms were rancous and smelling of food The breakfast was horrible with no options. I have stayed in this place years ago and it has gone down the drains and would not touch this with a bargepole if given a choice again. The smaller hotels with lesser amenities but more cleanliness are a better option that this pricy option"

"The property is excellent. Has gorgeous mountain views from the rooftop pool, gym and the restaurant. Staff is extremely polite and helpful. Breakfast buffet had a great spread and delicious. There is not many activities to do around but then that is true for most of the places in Kerala. If you want to just relax surrounded by mountain views, enjoy a great pool, delicious food, great hospitality in palakkad then you must stay here. I know, I will"
