"This was the perfect setting to spend a couple of days with our own kids prior to hosting 21 for Thanksgiving on Friday. Our hostess, Mollie, was fantastic. She helped provide extra tables and chairs, and she brought a few extra things over to the kitchen in an effort to make sure we had as much as we needed to prepare our big Thanksgiving feast. "A group of four of us stayed there over the Labor Day weekend. The house was great, very clean and large enough for the group. The kitchen had all the utensils and gear that we needed to cook for ourselves. The location is great, close to the lake, Pella, and the Bos Landen golf course. The hosts were very responsive to our questions and were easy to work with. We would be happy to stay there again next year."

"I couldn't wait to recommend this property! When my wife and I arrived with our three young grandchildren, we were met by Christmas lights on the front of the house, a beautiful Christmas tree, nativity scene on one of the fire places and other tasteful Christmas decorations that just made the place so cozy. "This was our 2nd stay at Rock House. Great location close to Central College. My twins love the upstairs bunk room though the steps are very steep- be careful in stocking feet. This tiny house was cozy on a cold and windy night. A possible suggestion would be to add a mirror in the sunroom. It is a good space to get ready for the evening/day since the bathroom is so tiny. I'm sure we will be back again. Love the Rock House"
