"Overall a great place to stay, lovely and efficient friendly staff, Parking was easy, was disappointed with a shower over the bath, also disappointed i cut my foot on some glass left in the carpet on arrival when putting drinks in the fridge. Otherwise i enjoyed my stay"

"Excellent. Only issue was with airport shuttle on our arrival. They say ring on arrival, but that’s just to explain where pick up is. As we had just missed one we got a taxi owing to the long wait time. Might be better if shuttle ran at set, advertised times."

"The hotel is clean and well located: easy to walk all around the Auckland Central area. We were going on a cruise and stayed here for a couple of days before and it was easy to walk to the wharf for ship boarding. We had a delayed bag, and the staff were wonderful in helping us to try to track it and in making arrangements for the delivery when it finally arrived. Connie and Ruby were especially kind and helpful at the desk."

"Good value stay in the centre of Auckland. Rooms are snug but tidy and clean. There is a communal kitchen with an air fryer, microwave and fridge. However it does lack a lot of things. There is no tin opener, only a couple of plates and no bowels. If you want cereal in the morning you'll need to use a cup!! Also note, I did notice the odd bug in the communal kitchen on the floor. "
