The staff were so kind and accommodating right from when we turned up 30 mins after booking, until checkout. Highly recommend. Quite a walk from the Christmas market; but, we had been walking all day, so it wasnt an issue. The train station was across the street so that would be very convenient for some. I loved our balcony!"
