"It’s a great place to stay if you are traveling on budget to Frankfurt. Easy and fast ride to the center. Nice and clean lobby/lounge area. Rooms are ok, but all depends on your “mates”. Beds are comfortable, towels and bed linen are provided, which is nice. Special thanks to Gabriela (reception manager) for the great service and attention to detail. "

"The hotel was very conveniently located as far as walking the city. Desk staff was very accommodating, as our check in was 3 pm but our flight arrived at 7:45 am, and they let us store our luggage until check-in. They even offered check in as early as 1 pm. Desk staff also offered recommendations of things to do in the period of time between arrival and check in. The hotel is not fancy, but very comfortable, safe, and provided all amenities we needed. "Third time staying at the Moxy. It's clean, fun, convenient. I typically don't rent a car when I'm in town (although they do have off-street parking) so it's important that the hotel have good access to transit options. And there were always e-scooters nearby as well! The Moxy is also close to an excellent grocery store and restaurants, plus they have breakfast and snacks/drinks in the hotel. Staff have been uniformly excellent as well, which adds tremendously to the experience."

Reception staff helped me find how to get tram into centre of Frankfurt and where to go there in order to see as much as possible in one day.
