"Newer, modern hotel with an elevator. Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast included. Pizza at the onsite restaurant was excellent. Only downsides are the room was fairly small and shower while it was spacious with lots of hot water and great water pressure, it’s very slippery. With a king-size bed it’s tight. But bed was comfortable. Bath towels were bigger than most. About a 6 min walk to train station. If you want newer with modern comforts this is a great choice. "

"Fabulous location for the trams and hiking/biking up to the Matterhorn. The gentleman at the reception desk was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was the nicest we had in 3 weeks in Europe. They offered luggage storage as well. We loved having a balcony/terrace that looked up to the Matterhorn. We loved staying here. "

"A good value in a very expensive resort. No fridge or microwave in the room but that's typical for a 3-star hotel in Zermatt. Single room very cramped. Very desirable location and access to lift stations. Great breakfast!"
