"My brother, sister and I were looking for a property that reminded us of our family vacations at a lake in New Hampshire. This house was perfect: gorgeous view of the lake, comfortable bedrooms, nice amenities, pretty decor and a working fireplace! Two suggestions: a light marking the driveway for late arrivals, and a few extra blankets in the bedrooms. Otherwise, just great. And thanks for arranging the lovely early spring weather, too!"

"The cottage was perfect for our weekend trip to visit our son at West Point. A picturesque drive to West Point, the cottage was so cute and was full of thoughtful amenities. Had we had the time to cook, the kitchen was stocked with spices, condiments, and cooking oils to make it easy to do so. The complimentary coffee was perfect as we arrived late and the stores were closed. The host was easy to contact and so kind and thoughtful. We will definitely book again. "

"Great quiet neighborhood, but this is only part of the home (1st floor, basement, and part of the 2nd floor) and the people upstairs are stepping loudly late into the night. The 3rd bathroom is in the basement with no shower curtain and a shower head that must be held during your entire shower. It was the 1 room that was actually dirty and I cleaned it before we used it. Internet info was inaccurate but provided when we requested. TV instructions lacking. Plenty of room for hanging out and...

"I spent 2 serene weeks here and hope to return some day! With modern creature comforts in the kitchen, the rest of this home is very rustic. If you are looking for peace and quiet, and are into drawing, cooking or reading books to the sounds of trees rustling and water flowing across the street, you will be in heaven here. For summer months, note that there is only a small portable AC unit in the sunroom. There are several fans and it was manageable in early summer, but I imagine it is quite...
