Thin walls (literally heard people all night from all sides of my room it seemed) a lot of updates need to happen in the rooms, night stand was not sturdy, sink was slow and loud to drain, not great circulation in gym area. I was very disappointed to find out only after i checked in that the pool was out of order. I specifically booked this property because of the pool. I spoke to the front desk and they told me that it was shared with the 3rd party company (expedia) but it is not listed there when i booked.

I’ve stayed at this hotel a handful of times when I’m in the area for work and it’s been a consistent experience everything. Staff is friendly, restaurant/bar is always good with great service from the bartender. Room is clean and quiet. Parking is available and with my VIP Expedia credit, it’s only $4, can’t beat that. This will be go to every time in Stamford

They almost wouldn’t let me check-in saying it was too late to check-in. I was stuck in an ice-storm and a two hour drive took 8 hours. Their check-in says “anytime” so I’m not sure how they could have done that. Luckily, they figured it out.. after 20 minutes of me falling asleep at the front desk.
