"Exceptional property. Best equipped kitchen I have encountered yet. From an insertion blender to two toaster ovens to enough pots and pans to never run out and a huge refrigerator freezer. You even have a sake cup set. You will find everything you need here. All rooms have brand new (May 2024) ductless split type A/C units that work great. "Had a wonderful time with a group of 11 at the Serenity House! The house was well equipped (warm room, van, garage ski racks, hot tub) for a ski trip making things much more convenient and comfortable. Fujimi was a great host, even offering to pick up and take us to the bus stops on our arrival and departure days. Would definitely come back again!!"

"外国人さん向けに作られてるのかなって感じの施設と説明会でしたが特に問題はなかったです。一歳の子供を連れて行きましたがオモチャがいっぱい置いてあってとても喜んでました。寝室は仕切られてるものだと思ってましたが完全にオープンで、大人ならよかったのですが子供だと寝にくくて困りました。周りの森でも遊べるし、洞爺湖でも遊べるし、レジャーとしては最高です。子供がもう少し大きくなってBBQまでできたら100点です。(スパイス系大量にありました) 近隣にスーパーなどがないのでちょっと不便でした。もう一度泊まりたいかと言われると特には…ですが、面白い洞爺湖旅行ができました良かったです。"

"Overall is good ! But the water pressure so weak. It need to take more time for bathing. Room cleaning is really only make up the room not all the house. Things put on the kitchen, table ..... still put on the same place, haven't washed."

"The property was very new and modern with a full kitchen including all essential utensils and cookware with easy access to Annupuri base area as well as a few places to eat. It also had ski storage in the basement which was convenient. The only negative is that there were far too few accessible outlets in the unit. I counted 3, 1 in the kitchen, in the bathroom and next to the bed. For new construction that was surprising and disappointing. Other than that it was very comfortable and nice. "
