"Classic old charm....and I mean lots and loads of charm. Decent free breakfast and on site dinning. In center of village so walking about is a must. We visited to view the stars at Cherry Springs which is 45 minutes away. The rooms are small compared to most hotels and our bed was a bit soft for me but just right for my partner. I will gladly take a smaller room just to stay at this hotel. The staff is soo friendly and helpful for directions and recommendations. Place gets a 10 ."

"Our stay was during a snowstorm-turned-to-rain so we were indoors more than expected. There was plenty of room to spread out. Very quiet neighborhood, comfortable beds & furniture, generous supplies at coffee bar, plenty of towels. Because this is an older house, it has creaking floors & stairs (no sneaking to bathroom at night or downstairs in the morning) & rising heat so BR doors need to be open if you want heat, & dust from over-the-top yet creative decorations also rising. "We had a very nice stay at this lovely cottage. Great view, comfortable, clean. Only 19 miles from town of Wellsboro. Had dinner at the Rusty Nut. Great food, ambiance and friendly staff. After the in town festivities took a drive out to Duncan Tavern for dinner. Great wings! Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. The view was nice as well. All in all, great stay and good fun! Thank you Charles for renting to us. "

"Loved our stay at this comfy renovated apartment! It is small but worked well for me and my wife! Very easy access and was perfect for trips to the pa Grand Canyon and the Kinsua bridge. "We took a nice scenic drive up to the lodge. We fell in love as soon as we drove up the driveway. The deer and squirrels were eating and the sun was setting over the mountains. Once inside we noticed right away that this place is well taken care of. Lots of detail with the decor and very clean. We enjoyed the PA Grand Canyon and Wellsboro. "
