Great location just five minutes away from Hommachi metro station which is very convenient for getting around Osaka. Breakfast was good and the staff were excellent; they came straight up to our room when we were unable to open our safe. Highly recommended!

Overall a very nice hotel. Location was really good, close to shopping, restaurants and metro. Feelt more like a bussnines hotell than a vaction hotell tho. Staff really helpfull but almost no one we talk to speakd english.

Room is typical Japanese business hotel size. Complimentary breakfast is amazing considering it price. Good for those who drive as the parking is ¥1800 for 1 day. Unlimited entry. Easy walking to Shinsaibashi shopping street. Lots of convenient stall and food option within 3 mins.

It's closed to the famus shopping street. You can just walk to Numba for shopping. The distance between hotel and metro stataion is a little bit far when you have many luggages to move. .

夜間の工事？と、隣の部屋の声響いて眠りは良くない 食事1日目はスタッフ2人でやりくりしてきっと大変なんだろうなぁって感じ。なので、8時前ですでにおかずが明らかに少ない。本日カレーって表示されてましたがほとんど具がない。次々と来られるお客はかわいそうでした。 翌日はスタッフ3人。いつものようにおかずもどんどん補充されていて、部屋でも食べられるように容器まであって、大満足！どれも美味しいかったです。
