The hotel was very clean and staff were very friendly. The room felt a bit older compared to the lobby, and the step to the bathroom was pretty high, making going in and out of it a bit more cumbersome. The public bath was very clean, and easy to access. Although night time tends to get really busy, it is better to go in the morning when there are less people (unless you like the crowd). Also, the rooms are accessed via a code rather than keycard which was great as you just had to remember you code and not carry the keycard everywhere.

きれいなホテルで入った途端に素敵な香りに癒やされスタッフさんの対応も素晴らしくいう事なしです。エコやオーガニックにも力を入れてみえるのが一目瞭然でした。まず好きなアメニティを1人5個選べました。オーガニック美容液、化粧水、オールインワンジェル、クレンジング、粉末お茶、等ありました。快適な部屋着もありますし希望の枕も選べました。時間によりますがウェルカムドリンクサービスもありました。天然温泉もあり0時まで入れます。部屋のテレビで混雑状況も確認できました。 スタッフさんの笑顔も素敵でまた泊まりたいです。

ホテル自体は申し分ない感じで良かったんですが、スタッフさんの何人かは (女性1人、男性1人) こちらが何か聞いても 愛想がなく 少し残念でした。 もう少しお客様に寄り添い 何を今してほしいのか ほしそうなのかを 考えた方がいいと思いました。 初めて利用する私には事前に チェックインする時に 荷物を預ける際の システムはすごく セキュリティもしっかりしてて 良いのですが やり方が少し 戸惑いました。 そのやり方までちゃんと 案内して下されば 親切なホテルだと 評価はあがり 特別なホテルの1つに なるのにもったいないなと思いました。 他にも何点かありましたが、 どれも親切であればなと思いました。

部屋が狭いのと選べる枕を部屋に持って行くと元々ある枕を置く場所がないです。荷物を置く場所に困りました。温泉はよく、眠りやすい空間は良かったですが、壁が薄いのか、近くの部屋のオートロックを押すピーという音で目が覚めています。

木の香りがして、シンプルな作りで、部屋の雰囲気が大変好みです。子供二人と家族四人で泊まりましたが、ゆっくりできました。ウエルカムドリンクに、アルコールまであるのに感激しましたが、連日帰宅が遅かったので1回しか飲めませんでした…残念です。お風呂の椅子も奈良の木を使っていて素敵でした。睡眠とエコロジーを大切にしている姿勢がとても気に入りました。ただ、廊下の声はかなり響くので、防音は少し緩い感じですね。朝食がかなり並ぶのですが、サラダバーの場所を移動するだけで大分列が減る気がします。みんなサラダを取るのに時間がかかっていたので。手作りミックスジュースは子供が大変喜んでいました。
