Take exit 2, walk straight see family mart across street turn right go down that street about 3 or four blocks hotel on right. Clean, breakfast, small room but I’m only there to sleep so it’s all good. Would recommend and would stay again.

I felt trapped in my brown bunker-like room
The room was clean but so small and there was no light. I couldn’t see through the window and couldn’t open it. It felt suffocating. No place for luggages, very small room and not efficient. Worst hotel in my trip to Japan so far. But the staff were very polite and nice.

Nice place to stay
Location was very good within walking distance of some train stations. I also liked the buffet styled breakfast, biggest surprise was the free ramen for dinner even though I didn't use it. However, the staff could use some training about the use of too much body language.

Loved it. Best TV (really big and you can go on YouTube). Delicious breakfast and a free ramen at night. Not the closest to a subway station but still good.

Great room, wrong bed placement
Great service & nice staff, bed should be placed perpendicularly with the room to better utilize space. Bathroom door should open 180 degrees toward the room door as not to interfere thr pathways. Coffee is provided, but not creamer and sugar. Dest is slightly dusty, probably from the tissues; fine with me. Places are clean. Highly satisfied overall.

It was a nightmare
It is the worst hotel I have met, the hotel staffs were very rude, the manager couldn’t speak English at all, the staff didn’t translate in full.

Friendly Staff
We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights, the room was a little small for 2 people however was comfortable enough to rest in at night. The staff were very friendly and helpful, we had difficulties with a Japanese airline to which they helped us fix. The rooms are modern and clean. A free smartphone was provided to us for the duration of our stay.

出張で利用しました。 部屋の広さ、バスルーム等綺麗に整えられ、良かったのですが、ベッドにダニ？がいるのか、足に発疹が複数ありました。 シーツは都度交換されていらっしゃると思いますが、マットレスに潜んでいるかもしれません。 （海外旅行者を多く見かけたので、影響があるかも？）
