Room was dirty, there were stains on the walls, looked like it hadn’t been dusted in a long while with dirt under the bed and dust built up in the corners of the carpet as if not vacuumed properly and to top it off found a cockroach in the room.

Clean hotel and good price. Had only 1 issue which was the internet disconcerting on be frequently. I think it has something to do with being on the 13th floor. I enjoyed my stay and the room with two beds.

Great Hotel - Staff Surpassed All Expectations
The hotel offers all of the amenities described in their listing - hair dryer, electric kettle, safe, mini fridge, toiletry kits, A/C, air filter, TV, shared laundry facilities, etc. The rooms are small, but the layout of each room is designed to maximize its function - we never felt cramped at all during our two-night stay. The room, bathroom, and common areas were impeccably clean, and the hotel offered tons of little perks like free ramen during happy hour and a free cell phone with unlimited data and calls. Although the amenities were great, the staff really put this hotel experience over the top for me. Firstly, nearly every member of staff speaks at least two languages, so communication was never an issue. They consistently went out of their way to make us more comfortable, whether it was reopening the kitchen after hours so we could use the microwave, or lending us random things like umbrellas, chopsticks, and hair ties. When we had an issue with our TV, they apologized profusely and offered to move us immediately to another room (and then back into our original room when the issue resolved itself!) We loved our stay at Hotel WBF Kitasemba's East location, and plan on coming back next time we're in Osaka.

It is a new hotel that was opened only in June, about a 10 mins walk from 3 different metro stations, with multiple convenient stores and eateries nearby. However the vent in the bathroom was quite dusty already, like it had not been cleaned for months. There is also the issue of poor wifi connectivity late at night around 1, 2 plus.

Good value for money
Easy and safe access to subway. Small but compact and practical. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfy amenities in the room. Many eateries and shops near hotel. Good value for money! No view from the room and pricey menu inhouse restaurant but this is easily compensated for by other good factors as mentioned above.

フェスまで　歩けます。
淀屋橋11番出口からは10分くらい歩きますが、ビジネス街なので夜は気味悪いほど？ｗ静かです。近くのちゃんぽん食堂は日曜日でさえ23時まで営業していますので、コンサート帰りの空腹も満たせます、セブンは至近。
