This was our last stop on our trip. The staff was very friendly and allowed us to check our luggage when we arrived early. We really appreciated the daily room cleaning and fresh towels.

A great hotel choice for being near the Osaka Station, a great variety of shopping and dining and the Hep 5 mall with ferris wheel (terrifying but worth it) can recommend this as a good hub if it’s within your budget!

Everything was good , decent size room and Restaurant and cafe adjoining was great . Right next to OSAKA station , Just go across and Walk through he shopping center and !st floor is straight walk to Osaka station so convenient. All shops and Food places are walking distance less than 500m.

500m walk to Osaka station and Hankyu station. Lots of eating venues, convenience stores and shopping. Hotel was a bit noisy at night as I can hear people talking outside and banging things next rooms. No decent coffee in room, only instant coffee. Room size is decent and very clean.

Not a bad hotel to stay at. Had a nice cafe downstairs and they also did a buffet. Rooms are clean but being Japan... pretty small. It fit myself, my wife and a toddler with two big suitcass though. Area around is great...short walk from a few departments stores and the main station and 2 mins away from to Combinis so can't really go wrong.
