Small, compsct sized hotel that was convenient for our short stay in Osaka. There is barely any storage space for lugagge and clothes so keep that in mind. Everything was in pristine condition and the overall experience was positive.

Small room on low floor. Marriott elite gold do not get higher floor here. Just beside road and it is noisy even past 12mn. Difficult to sleep. Close proximity to next buildings. Need to draw curtain for privacy. No desk for computer use in room. Not suitable for business trip.

I was very impressed by the staff attentiveness to my wife’s health concerns during our stay. The staff went out of their way and exceeded our expectations. The entire courtyard Marriott Honmachi team is a team that definitely want to make you feel welcomed and make your stay with them the most memorable. Friendly staff, clean and well-decorative room. It’s convenient that this hotel is just nearby one of train station exit. Family Mart and Lawson are next to the hotel. It has a public hot bath area and gym room for free. Laundry is provided with reasonable fee.

Marriott staff stated that we couldn't get Marriott miles because we booked through Expedia. I found this strange because Hilton had no issue. Also, staff did not know restaurants around hotel, nor could they answer simple questions. We recommend staying at Hilton instead. Very nice, accomodating, better laundry facilities at half the cost.

The rooms are spacious and the location is convenient as the train station is right outside the hotel. The service is really wonderful ! When my daughter had an allergic reaction past midnight , the reception staff on night duty on 18 June sent us some anti-itch cream and a bucket of ice to soothe the swelling while the staff on duty on 19 June morning actually walked my hubby to the nearby pharmacy . We are grateful for the care shown and impressed with the high service standard of the staff! Thank you once again for making our stay memorable !
