A well appointed apartment style property with video self check in. There was nothing I found lacking inside the suite - all kitchen and laundry supplies are provided, for example. Property is clean and modern. Cons - the wait for the single elevator can be long at times. The walls appear to be quite thin as well.

Very good location minutes away from Umeda station. Easy check in with a remote clerk. OK for 4, was a bit harder for a 5th person who has to sleep on a basic sofa. Nice balcony very useful to dry washed clothes.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is unbeatable, being just a short walk from the train station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The location is convenience, inside is clean and tidy and the washing machine is a bonus for our trip. I wonder if YouTube will be available in future since we don’t understand Japanese languages provided at the TV. I also feel unpleasant when an extra blanket cannot be provided when we request it. Other than that, everything is fine.

Was a great apartment close to the train and subway. Only issue we had was the aircon had an annoying sound when it’s on. It’s hard to communicate with reception as there is none. Otherwise, was a pleasant stay.
