"Close to the bus station easy to get to and super clean "

"Friendly staff, convenient location in the old town. Plenty of places to eat and drink close by. It was a 20 minute walk from the bus stop where the airport bus dropped us off but that isn't any fault of the hotel. Excellent place to stay and I would recommend it "

"Enjoyed location (close to bus station and walkable to main attractions), clear instruction & good communication, ease of check in and locker facilities as well as other transport options. Didn’t enjoy nocturnal activity noise from adjacent room and doors slamming closed - would be beneficial to change room door lock system. Bed could also do with an upgrade /replacement. Springs were completely gone on one side which granted made it easy to roll out of bed! Trickier to stay in it though!...

"The location is fantastic. Right in the heart of the old town. The room was great, very clean and had everything you need. My room faced an inner courtyard so was very quiet. "

"This is one of the Best. Cleanliness is the most important thing to me, and this place was immaculate. It is two minutes from the train station, and I couldn't hear any train noises. If I ever visit Bilbao again, I will definitely stay in this hotel again. "

"Small but all we needed, smart and stylish accommodation in lovely part of the old town. lots of bars and restaurants close by (we tried Gerrin - excellent modern twist on Basque trad. food). Great sleep on comfy bed - no traffic noise at all. And reasonable price. Planning to go back for a longer stay. "

"The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, carrying my big suitcase up the steep stairs for me (I didn’t ask them to!). The agreed to us leaving luggage before and after our check in. The room was comfortable with good facilities and a great location. We were at the back of the hostel so despite building works and bars downstairs (at the front of the hostel) we couldn’t hear any of the noise. We’d stay again!"

"Our room overlooked a noisy busy main road and there was a railway line behind the hotel. There was no air conditioning in our room. We were told the bar would not open until 8.30. We couldn't book a table in the restaurant because a coach party was booked in but if there was room they would try to fit us in. There were no alternatives within walking distance. The photos of the hotel are very misleading. I wouldn't be surprised if they had been photo-shopped!"

"Bit of trouble accessing properly at first, as no access code came through!however it was sorted within 10min!by lovely memeb of staff!who worked in bar across road!!otherwise room/cleaning/was all good!Great shower!kitchen down below also good to have and washing machine and drying!only thing i have against is itz a 15 min away from central!so if you're looking to be bilbao itself??on a gd day!lovely walk along river!about 30min?i enjoyed walking along river!though a lot of changes going...

"Al llegar, me recibió en recepción la mujer más amable del mundo. Me hizo sentir bien recibida y me dió un juego de llaves para la habitación y a la pensión. La habitación y el servicio: limpios. La pensión se encuentra muy bien ubicada a cuadra y media de la Plaza y la estación de metro Areeta. La zona es muy segura y bien iluminada (os digo yo, que fui a un concierto en Ereaga, regresé en metro y caminé a la Pensión a eso de la 1 de la madrugada). Montón de opciones de comida al rededor....
