"Great location, very good breakfast and the hours for breakfast are really good - 6-11 on weekends which is perfect. I paid €15 extra for a late checkout as i had a bike event in the moring of the day i was leaving and it was so colpetely worth it. Staff super friendly and helpful, hotel very nice and clean. Rooms have plenty of space and very comfortable. Shower is also great "

"Perfect small hotel in a wonderful location. I know there are some reviews stating people couldn't check in. We had no issues. We communicated once we landed in Spain our estimated ETA. Olats at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She gave us maps of the city, suggested sights to see, places to eat, and even gave us tips on transportation around Bermeo and to San Juan. "Our room overlooked a noisy busy main road and there was a railway line behind the hotel. There was no air conditioning in our room. We were told the bar would not open until 8.30. We couldn't book a table in the restaurant because a coach party was booked in but if there was room they would try to fit us in. There were no alternatives within walking distance. The photos of the hotel are very misleading. I wouldn't be surprised if they had been photo-shopped!"
