"Staff was super friendly and forthcoming, except during breakfast time. I asked for mor sugar for my coffee and the waitress said no. We only get what is on the table. I spoke to the manager and he immediately got us more sugar. Great ambience in the hotel. I was a little shocked as the waitress that refused us sugar, seemed to not be able to speak either English, German, or French. That's rough as those are the main European languages of this region."

"Theme hotel very impressive. Good comfy rooms. Lovely hot swimming pool ! Word of warning the steam room / sauna area area naked zones- which i didn’t use as i would want to have my swimming costume on. "

The room was clean and comfortable, the owner of the hotel was friendly and very helpful, the staff also is nice and kind. The pool in the morning was the best start of a new day! We were happy to stay here!"
