"For anyone looking for a completely different stay in London, look no further. The boat has been very tastefully renovated to the highest standards. My family stayed in the media room which is filled with CDs, videos, dvds and books. The only trouble is that you can’t play any of them unless you bring your own CD/video/dvd player and hook up to the tv. They are nice to look at though and reminisce in front of your kids who have no idea what a video is. The lounge area is relaxing and again...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful houseboat. Check in with Pam was easy and she gave us all the informatiin we needed and could not have been more helpful. The boat was very clean extremely comfortable beds, very warm and well stocked with everything we needed. The Limehouse Basin Areaa was lovely and well served by the DLR which was only a 5-10 min stroll away. We loved everything about our stay here andvwould highly recommend it. "Fabulous location next to Tower Bridge. Very accessible to Tube, restaurants and the marathon course. We are a family of sailors so staying at the marina was delightful! Boat had everything we needed and as boat owners, we were well equipped to settle in. Truly hated to leave!"

"Taggs Island is such an interesting little enclave close to London and unbeknownst to us before. Set in a small inlet off the Thames, the house is one of a group facing onto the water. Linda, the host, has very much personalised it and provides every comfort. Although an expensive add-on, highly recommend the hot tub, which is deep and relaxing. Only down-side to the situation and rather shattering the peace, is being on the Heathrow flightpath, which we hadn't thought about!"

"This is a fun place to stay in so much as my room had a massive outside area, the bed was great and I could look out over the water to watch the fun of Canary Wharf Its very very basic. I had no shower gel etc in the shower, the toilet is a marine toilet, no water offered (or available) so needed me to visit a local shop. Its near all the bars so quite noisy. I'd stay there again but not for that price. Its too expensive for what it is. "

The only issues was at the reception when arriving.
