"Lovely staff, greated very warmly and goven lots of helpful information. The coffee machine was free to use and made lovely espressos. Was also free water in a fridge which was lovely to have. Our room was very clean. Bed a bit hard but no big deal. Had a huge bath that myself and wife could both go in. Gorgeous soaps/shower gel to use. Water pressure wasnt great to fill tub or for shower which would be only minor complaint. Would gladly go back."

The check-in staff and bellhop were friendly and helpful. The hotel is two blocks from the Duomo and an easy walking distance from other tourist attractions and good restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. "
