"Pésimo, me hablo el responsable porque no sabía usar Expedia y me cancelo mi reserva, donde me regresaron mi dinero y fue menos por tipo de cambio y después me dijo que fuera a su hotel pero cobraba más caro, no se como no verifican a estafadores como este y luego me metí a Expedia y ya aparecía con otro nombre el hotel "

"The location is great. But if you arrive before 3pm, the hotel is closed, you will not be able to get in. Luckily we snuck in through the parking lot because it was not communicated to me that the hotel would be closed before 3pm, and we left our luggage at the front desk. Our luggage was searched through, probably by cleaning people who took in our luggage. Also the lobby is on the second floor and some rooms located on 3rd floor, no elevator. "
