"Really enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean, the bedding and bed were comfortable. The shower was clean and the drain had a cover, so no nasty smells. The hotel is very simple but it’s an appealing place. The sound of the river which flows next to it was also lovely. The hotel seemed busy but wasn’t noisy. It was a little cool, but there was a blanket available which I didn’t need. I also appreciated the fly/mosquito screens on all the windows. Just two small things, the curtains didn’t have a hook to keep them open and they wouldn’t draw, so they stayed closed the whole time. Also, wasn’t keen on having to leave my key when I went out at reception and also having to wait for the room to be checked before I left. This never happened in any other hotel I’ve stayed at before. I’d recommend the place though, staff didn’t speak English but helped as much as they could and there is a cute coffee shop in the lobby too. Really good stay. "

"El lugar está muy bien ubicado, es perfecto para pasar unos días en Orizaba, sin que esperes estar mucho tiempo en las habitaciones, ya que son pequeñas, pero muy cómodas, el espacio muy limpio, de fácil acceso,siempre y cuando estés familiarizado con el sistema de acceso automatizado y obtengas la información con tiempo, para poder llegar sin probñemas."

"It was very loud you can hear everyone and everything. People don't respect others. Lots of tv noise. The rooms are so tiny and the bed is very uncomfortable. Our sheets were dirty. We asked to cancel the 2nd night but they wouldn't give us a refund. This is not a hotel. This is a motel. No lock on the door. Feel very insecure."

"The rooms were great and so was the staff. The only downside was that they were doing a construction project in the middle area, building a roof and we weren’t warned about that. There is also an adorable puppy that lives there that is super friendly and fun for the kids to play with."

"Right in the heart of the town. Easy to get to things. Room was a bit musty and the sink in the bathroom has no hot water hooked up. Otherwise an enjoyable stay for a night, but doubt we'd go back."
