Beds are bad you sink in it, they need better mattresses and they don’t know what customer service is, the hotel manager for the entire week we had to stay there locks professionalism. Better not to pay in advance because they don’t honor cancelations request for several days, even if it was for sickness

This hotel is perfectly situated to explore the center of Orizaba and the river walk. Hotel staff are friendly and professional. The room was large with one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in! The secure parking meant we could leave things in our car that we otherwise would have had to bring to the room. The room was not equipped with a fridge, safe, or microwave.
