Ciara from hotel sales was especially kind and efficient to us, arranging a meeting space for us - we are a small group of Doctoral researchers meeting to work together for a few hours. "Ashanti at the front desk was SO nice and so helpful when I checked in. She signed me up for the Hilton rewards and gave me free parking because of it, which you wouldn’t expect booking through Expedia. The two bartenders in the lounge were so kind and gave me great recommendations on where to go in the area since my concert got cancelled. The rooms are a tad outdated but still very clean and the view was amazing. No complaints for a one night stay. I would come back!! :) "

"This was a very last minute booking I actually had a night booked at the Scottish Inn just down the road from this location. A mess up on someone’s part or a computer glitch of something for me to make a booking at this particular hotel, and now I’m it did. The gentleman that checked me in was more than helpful. He took me over and showed me my room before return back to his post at the front desk to help another customer who had come in while he was showing me my room. This clerk in just a few minutes made up for all the shenanigans of the night. I definitely will be returning. The outside is all nice. It’s a courtyard. Looks like that you did the whole thing here recently the rooms are very neat and clean. Well furnished nice bathroom nice water, pressure lighted vanity sink a nice stay overall, but the best thing about it was the guy at the front desk that checked in he deserves a raise"
