"This is a nice bed & breakfast. My room was on the ground floor, near to the entrance hall which meant I could hear other guests coming and going. The door wasn’t exactly soundproof, the curtains didn’t quite close but overall it’s a good place to stay. Breakfast was adequate and the hosts were pleasant enough."

"Luxurious B&B, very tranquil, clean, quiet, nice modern rooms. Belgian beers & wine available at democratic prices. Owner couple runs this B&B and have gradually expanded it over the past 12 years to now 15 rooms. We stayed in the Superior Room type which seems try largest one and is the size of a studio with separate sitting area. Breakfast served in common area but otherwise no restaurant on-site. Biking and walking trails nearby. Highly recommended for a quiet stay near Dendermonde. "

"Would avoid staying at this place. There was no hot water. The living area had terrible seats (2 very uncomfortable wooden seats). There was no doors in the place - not even on the bathroom! Contact was impossible with those in charge. "

"Very convenient location for museum lovers. The neighbourhood was well maintained and I felt safe walking alone day and night. The room I stayed in was small (with an en suite bathroom) and furnished nicely. There was a mini fridge, a coffee maker and a small kettle. There is no front desk, someone sends you a code for the door. The price was reasonable for the room. I would consider staying here again. "

"Excellent stay overall. We stayed in the top floor (duplex). Everything we could need in a room, absolutely gorgeous, clean and minimal. Keep in mind this is not a traditional hotel. I did message the hotel beforehand through multiple platforms and never received a single response. Communication is not great if you need something outside of the welcome email. "Front desk lady was unpleasant and was letting everybody cut me making me wait an extra 30 minutes For no reason. Otherwise, the other front desk, people were very nice and helpful, and the property was just as shown."
