"Communications from our hosts were excellent right from the start. I had some issues receiving notifications via the Stayz app once I was in New Zealand (possibly due to my international telco delays and possibly due to me being a little tech un-savvy), but our hosts were very accommodating. The comprehensive welcome pack was provided upon booking, with a copy also at the house which was convenient.
