"This was a great property. I stayed in one of the one bedroom apartments with an extra bed in the living room. It was comfortable. The yard was beautiful. The owners were extremely helpful and easy to work with over the phone and by text. The gardens were amazing. This property was very easily accessible to the Hilo side of the island. We were about an hour from volcanoes national park and we were about an hour in the other direction from many great venues. Would I stay here again? Yes I would."

"Very friendly hosts and a neighborhood rooster! The place was extremely clean, and pretty convenient to Volcanos National Park. Eating-out options in Volcano town were extremely limited, so maybe consider going into Hilo (about 25 mins)... not the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in but definitely not the worst either. Very quiet."

"We weren’t sure we would like this and were very pleasantly surprised. The owner was very nice and very helpful where to go. She had lots of added things to make the place great. We were able to use a cooler and snorkeling gear to enjoy a day at the beach with a picnic lunch. We would recommend this place and happily stay here again. Only thing is you have to have a car as it was back in a neighborhood. This wasn’t a problem for us."
