"The apartment is easy to locate. It's just that there's no reception area you have to go the Bistro on the 7th floor if you want to talk to the staff. No early check ins. We stayed there for 7 days and no one replace the towels, clean the room and replace the soap, shampoo and conditioner. We are four people but the utensils are good for three persons.
