"We enjoyed out stay. Check in was smooth. The food in the restaurant was really good. The room was very large and clean. The only reason I did not give the Area 5 stars is because we felt the parking lot was a little dark. Maybe a little more lighting. We will definitely stay there next time in Lafayette. "

"Hotel staff were super sweet, helpful and welcoming. Rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. My only 2 "complaints", which are just personal preference, are that 1. The room darkening curtain doesn't go all the way to the bottom of the window, so there is a gap and the sun shines directly into it in the morning. 😢 There is a 2nd decorative curtain that does go down, but it is more see thru, so doesnt so much. 2. The bed is HARD as a rock. Like, it was so firm you could bounce a quarter off of it to the ceiling. It is still 5 stars because it was just a great place, and I'm not gonna penalize for personal preference. Definitely recommend!!"

"It was ok. For some reason or another I've been having bad luck w smoke detectors being dead and that 2min beep last cpl hotels. Room was very spacious, bed was really soft, had like a small 2nd room with love seat kind of chair. Sink, microwave, fridge, area. Not a fan of connecting rooms, but had huge deadbolt latch. Im guessing from the trees, the area stays cool and damp. Unfortunately a few palmetto bugs here and there. Was in late and out early, staff were helpful and friendly. "
